Canyons Village is the perfect place to book a ski trip with family or friends. Park City Canyons lodging puts world-class snow and year-round entertainment at your fingertips and is perfect for ski trips with family or friends. The best après ski scene in all of Park City is centered around the Umbrella Bar in Canyons Village. The small, glass-enclosed 360-degree bar is surrounded by outdoor seating with fire pits. Live music during the spring makes this the après ski spot to be. When skiing on the weekends, avoid the Canyons Village base area between 10 AM – noon, when the crowd is at its densest.
The house is a 1-2 minute drive off of Highway 224. It is the first house on the left upon turning onto Commanche Trail. There are two parking spots in front of the house, and the HOA is quite particular about parking on the street. If you must park on the street, please ensure you are moving your vehicle every few hours.
This recently renovated 4 Bed/ 4 Bath townhome is a perfect home base for all seasons of activities in Park City. On the bottom floor are two bedrooms, the first with a king bed and full bathroom, and the second with a queen bed and twin bunks and full bathroom. A washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet.
After ascending the first set of stairs, guests will arrive at the main living area. This open-concept living and kitchen space is the ideal layout for entertaining family and groups or even just spending a cozy night by the fireplace. Every Boutiq home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen. There is another bedroom on this floor with a twin-size bunk bed and full bathroom. Outside on the patio there is a gas grill and guests are able to get a fantastic view of the pine trees surrounding the home.
Upon going up the stairway once more (Yes, the house is quite tall!!), guests will find the main room and full bathroom. This is the most private room, but can get quite hot if the thermostat in the living room/middle floor is set too high. PLEASE be cautious of this, and read our house manual to learn how best to control the temperature throughout the home.
Please leave all snowboards, skis, poles, and other athletic equipment outside in the lockable closet space next to the main parking spot. The code is in the house manual.
A rental car is highly recommended but there is public transportation available nearby, bringing you to all the major spots in Park City and you are in walkable distance to any lifts, entertainment and dining at the Canyons Resort. Uber and Lyft are also available right from the house, if you prefer the convenience of ride sharing apps to get around during your stay.
Being just steps to the Canyon Village and lifts doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fun at the other side of the resort. We are perfectly located just a few minutes drive (or a few shuttle stops away) from the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort as well as all of the world class dining, shopping, live entertainment and art galleries in Old Town that rival your experience on the slopes.
If you are feeling called to Park City in the summer or fall, we are situated just a few minutes from the food and wine, art and music festivals in downtown Park City as well as weekly live entertainment and five star shopping and dining experiences. Park City also offers world class golf, mountain bike rentals, summer chairlift rides, an alpine coaster and much more, all right nearby your stay at (insert name here). Is hiking more your speed? We are right up the road from great hiking trails to catch all the wonderful views that Park CIty has to offer.
Please note, that typical of mountain areas, this property does not have central AC, however it does have central heat. We provide portable air conditioning units to help cool the home during the summer season. There is one located on the top floor, and one on the middle floor. Detailed instructions and photos for their use are included in our digital guidebook. Guests are welcome to open the windows at night to cool the house as well.

Violation of any house rules will result in a $1000 fine per infraction per day.
No pets allowed in the house.

Minimum renter age is 25 and this individual must be present for the duration of the reservation.
When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you consider removing your shoes to keep the home environment clean and comfortable.
All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy indicated on the platform used for booking. If not otherwise stated by the booking platform, a cancellation received 60 or more days before the first night of the reservation will receive a refund and reservations canceled after 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation will not be refunded. Any refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue. Agent(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, pools, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Boutiq immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved within 60 days prior to check-in. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, government orders to prohibit travel to a location, homeowners association or other community association orders to prohibit travel to a location, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, hurricanes, fire, explosions, property damage, necessary repairs, insect or rodent infestation, amongst other events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
