Welcome to Boutiq’s Blue River Hideaway, located in the stunning Colorado Rocky Mountains, home to world-class skiing and snowboarding, as well as amazing hiking and biking trails. This picturesque cabin is located along the bank of the famous "Blue River", known for it's prize fishing and eye-catching scenery. Located approximately 6 miles south of Breckenridge, this cozy cabin mixes modern amenities while keeping you immersed in the natural scenery around the home.

Nestled right up against Blue River, our property is a welcome escape from the touristic bustle of downtown Breckenridge. Blue River Valley views do not disappoint in the summer or the winter, and endless activities are accessible within a short drive or hike. Whether you want to fly down the peaks or Breckenridge mountain in the winter or stumble upon crystal blue glacier lakes in the summer, any guest will enjoy their time in this magical place.
Guests should drive down the driveway until they reach the garage. Upon opening the garage, walk to the door, enter the code in the keypad lock, and ascend the staircase to the main level. The front door can then be unlocked from the inside if desired.
This three-story cabin is the perfect place for families and groups who enjoy being near the ski-town action, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet privacy of the mountains. Guests enter through the garage and climb a short staircase to enter the main level with the kitchen, living room, and guest bedroom. There is a third floor loft with the primary bedroom, and a basement with a pullout couch, bedroom and full bathroom. Balconies wrap around the second and third stories to look out onto the beautiful Blue River valley. There is a hottub and fire pit and lots of outdoor seating.
If you will be heading to the mountain, we suggest driving and parking at the Gondola near the F Lot in Breckenridge. Then you'll need lift tickets to get on the Gondola and take you up to the mountain.
We can also suggest Park County Commuter Route for public transportation. Google says the pick up is about a half mile walk from the house, but there will be no parking available. PARKING: Please park at the top of the driveway in the winter. If there is heavy snow or ice, your car might have to get towed out if you leave it for a long period of time at the bottom of the driveway.
4WD or AWD vehicles are HIGHLY recommended in the winter.
No candles or other open-flame sources.
Violation of any house rules will result in a $1000 fine per infraction per day.
No smoking allowed inside the home.
Lock all doors and windows when not at the house.
We ask that you leave your shoes by the door.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
No pets allowed in the house.
All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in the lessee’s forfeiture of the full booking amount. Agent(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, pools, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Boutiq immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, government orders to prohibit travel to a location, homeowners association or other community association orders to prohibit travel to a location, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, hurricanes, fire, explosions, property damage, necessary repairs, insect or rodent infestation, amongst other events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
