Eastside Escape is situated in the center of arguably the fastest growing neighborhood in Austin. Professionally managed by hospitality experts and outfitted with hand-picked, top-of-the-line amenities, this house has been crafted especially to fulfill the needs of and create an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages. Your responsive hosts are available around the clock to answer questions, provide assistance when necessary, and ensure an optimal and communicative vacation experience. We are always a message or phone call away, and we will send someone to the house promptly if there are any issues that need onsite help.
Our property is situated minutes from downtown Austin, Rainey street historic district, Zilker Park and Barton Springs, and many more vibrant and bustling parts of our city. The house is secluded within the block, allowing guests to experience the fun that Austin has to offer while providing a private respite whenever guests need it.
Guests will access the property through the back alley between 2nd and 3rd street. We provide a map in our Guidebook to guests so that it is clear where to go. There is a one-way street on the west side of the alley that guests need to be aware of. There is a white sign on the fence to aid guests in locating the house.
Once in the back alley, guests will unlock the padlock and open the gate to allow cars to come inside.
This two-story, two-bedroom property is nestled between other homes, right off of I-35. Tall fences line the property to ensure privacy for guests. There is a large gate that opens to the driveway and garage, so guests will open this with a padlock and then can bring cars within the fence.
Upon opening the front door, guests will step into a warm and welcoming open living concept with kitchen, dining, and entertainment space all together. This is perfect for couples or families visiting Austin. Outside on the lower level, we have a large outdoor dining table, and an outdoor sectional wrapping around a fire pit. There is an outdoor TV and grill for enjoying the beautiful Texas weather.
Back inside, guests can ascend to the second floor where they will be greeted by our primary bedroom (king bed, ensuite full bathroom, closet) and guest bedroom (queen bed, adjacent full bathroom with tub, closet). Outside of the guest bedroom there is a patio from which guests can relax alone or together, and enjoy a view of downtown Austin.
Our kitchen space includes every amenity you can imagine to for guests who like to prepare their own food while traveling. Mixing bowls, baking sheets, tons of pots and pans, a coffee maker, spices, wine glasses, and many more items are available. In the garage, guests will find a washer and dryer along with laundry supplies and an area for organization. Other cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, swiffer, and step stool can also be found here.
The city metro system provides routes to many parts of the city, guests can find more information on their website, https://www.capmetro.org. Uber and Lyft are also very readily available and affordable.
Guests are strictly prohibited from accessing the main house on the property. The owner lives here separately.

Violation of any house rules will result in a $1000 fine per infraction per day.

All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in the lessee’s forfeiture of the full booking amount. Agent(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, pools, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Boutiq immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, government orders to prohibit travel to a location, homeowners association or other community association orders to prohibit travel to a location, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, hurricanes, fire, explosions, property damage, necessary repairs, insect or rodent infestation, amongst other events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
