The home is located within the Retreat at Jordanelle subdivision. Just a short 10 minute drive from Park City, our home maximizes convenience while also providing a private getaway large enough for any group or family.
The front door has a smart lock and the code will be provided on the day of check-in.
There is a 2-car garage and the driveway can fit 1-2 cars as well.
Please note that there is no place within the community to park additional vehicles. If you plan to bring more than 4 vehicles, you will most likely need to utilize a public parking deck in Park City, as the HOA community will tow vehicles that are not parked in a garage or driveway.
This beautiful townhome has room for the whole family. There are two ways to enter the home. If entering through the front door, you will be welcomed to our entry way and see the stairs to the second floor. Please remove your shoes. If entering from the garage, you will see the bunk room on your left (seven twin bunks) and to the right, the stairs leading to the second floor. On the first floor there is also a locked owners closet, a small closet for guests, and the garage that has shelving, snow toys, ski/snowboard racks, and a boot warmer rack. The bunk room has a door leading to the hot tub and backyard area.
Going upstairs to the second floor you will come out into the large, open living, kitchen, and dining room areas. Every Boutiq home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen. Past the dining table is a sliding door which leads to the upstairs deck with a grill and seating area. The living area is complete with a massive sectional, cozy fireplace (switches located to the left on the wall), and super-sized smart TV. The kitchen island accommodates for even more seating, and guests can gather between all of the spaces at once. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, glasses, spices, and more. To the left of the stairs past the kitchen, you will see our large primary bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. There is also a small half bath near the stairs before heading up to the third floor.
The third floor overlooks the living area and provides more sleeping quarters, plus a desk/workspace where guests can handle any remote work as needed. The first bedroom contains a queen bed and spacious closet. Following through the hallway on the left, you will see the laundry room on the right and a full bathroom with a tub and shower on the left. The last bedroom at the end of the hall contains a king bed, book nook, and large closet. The third floor bedrooms share the full bathroom in the hallway.
Rental car is highly recommended, but public transportation (shuttles), Uber and Lyft are also available but less reliable.
The community center is located at: 13315 Alexis Dr, Kamas, UT 84036. There is a pool, exercise rooms, jacuzzi, games, and large screen entertainment rooms.
4WD or AWD vehicles are HIGHLY recommended in the winter.
There may be outdoor furniture covered upon your check-in. We keep this furniture covered for guest satisfaction, no one likes sitting on a wet or dirty cushion! Please feel free to remove the covers should you want to use these items and our team will re-cover them. The covers are not meant to keep guests out.
Please note that this home is located within an HOA community where the restrictions are strictly enforced. HOA guidelines will be provided at booking, and any fines for violations will be the responsibility of the guests. Oversized vehicles and trailers must be parked offsite, and all standard vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage. In the event of heavy snowfall during winter months, some parking spaces may be blocked by overflow snow.
No candles or other open-flame sources.
No smoking allowed inside the home.
Lock all doors and windows when not at the house.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
No pets allowed in the house.
Violation of any house rules will result in a $1000 fine per infraction per day.
This rental unit will accommodate a maximum number of 5 vehicles in the garage and driveway and Unit Occupants are not allowed to park on the streets at any time. No recreational vehicles, in- cluding, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
Minimum renter age is 25 and this individual must be present for the duration of the reservation.
When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you consider removing your shoes to keep the home environment clean and comfortable.
All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy indicated on the platform used for booking. If not otherwise stated by the booking platform, a cancellation received 60 or more days before the first night of the reservation will receive a refund and reservations canceled after 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation will not be refunded. Any refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue. Agent(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, pools, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Boutiq immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved within 60 days prior to check-in. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, government orders to prohibit travel to a location, homeowners association or other community association orders to prohibit travel to a location, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, hurricanes, fire, explosions, property damage, necessary repairs, insect or rodent infestation, amongst other events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
