Coastal Sol is located in the neighborhood of Naples Park to the north of Naples proper. Navigating up and down Florida's gulf coast is a breeze due to the home's proximity to the highway. No gate code is required to access the neighborhood. Guests will enjoy beach access in any direction, as well as incredible nature preserves all around. You might catch a glimpse of some incredible wildlife during your stay! The property is within walking distance to the upscale and vibrant Mercato shopping district, Whole Foods Market, and the Waterside Shops.
Guests will be provided a check-in code on the morning of their reservation. This code will be programmed to the home's front door, and will be active throughout your reservation. The code to the garage will also be provided during your stay if you wish to access the property in that manner.
Upon pulling into the property, guests will have the option to enter through the garage or the front door. If guests choose to enter through the front door, they will be greeted by a long hallway with rooms adjacent on both sides. The first room to the left is our office, equipped with doors for guests who need some privacy, a desk and chair, and pullout full-size sofa bed. Continuing down the hallway, guests will find the deluxe suite, complete with a king size bed, 55" smart TV, and private access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom also has an access door from the hallway.
Continuing down the hallway, guests will find two more bedrooms on the other side. Our bunk room contains 2 twin-size bunks and one trundle bed also twin-sized. This room is perfect for the kiddos! Across from that room, guests will find another guest bedroom complete with a king bed and 55" smart TV, swivel-mounted. The bunkroom and this guest bedroom share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The kitchen, living, and dining areas welcome guests at the end of the hallway. This open-concept floor plan allows guests to gather and enjoy time together whether they are eating, watching TV, or whipping up some beach drinks! Our dining table seats 10, and the kitchen island is equipped with 4 barstools. The living room provides incredible entertainment with the legendary 65" inch Samsung Frame TV. Guests will be able to access the outdoor area through the sliding doors past the couch, into a shaded space with a fan, grill, and plush seating for enjoying the fresh air. Two large chaise lounges line the pool for guests who want to soak up some vitamin D! Best of all, the home's private pool awaits your group's best cannonballer!
Back inside, guests will access the primary bedroom through an entrance next to the dining area. A full bathroom with a large bathtub and walk-in shower greets guests to the right, and our spacious and inviting king bed and private backyard access to the left. The primary bathroom shower is equipped with 6 modes, 4 spouts, a digital timer, and a digital thermostat.
Rental cars are strongly encouraged for the area, however ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available.
We have 3 outdoor security cameras: doorbell, driveway-facing, and pool-facing. If you are uncomfortable with the pool camera please let us know. It is for security, not for monitoring guest behavior.

No pets allowed in the house.
We ask that you leave your shoes by the door.
No candles or other open-flame sources.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Violation of any house rules will result in a $1000 fine per infraction per day.
No smoking (includes vaping or e-cigarettes) allowed inside or outside the home.
All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in the lessee’s forfeiture of the full booking amount. Agent(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, pools, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Boutiq immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, government orders to prohibit travel to a location, homeowners association or other community association orders to prohibit travel to a location, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, hurricanes, fire, explosions, property damage, necessary repairs, insect or rodent infestation, amongst other events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
