The property is equipped with a large, private pool and hot tub(temporarily not heated), as well as access to a large community center with tennis courts, a gym, and pool. Enjoy all that 30A has to offer, including great restaurants, art galleries and shopping, from this private location near the Gulf of Mexico. White Sands offers all of the amenities you could need for a relaxing and worry-free beach vacation, whether you're on the water or spending a day in.

Neighborhood
White Sands is located in a beautiful, gated community in Destin Beaches East that has many amenities including a clubhouse with a pool, gym, and tennis courts that guests will have access to. We do ask that guests are respectful of the neighbors and their property. Community golf carts available for rental.
The beach is an 8 minute walk away from the property. The walk is very short and all flat (no hills). Leaving the house towards the neighborhood entrance you will come in through, you will reach the small highway where there is a cross walk. Crossing over, there will be the beach which is public access.
Access
The home has a large driveway that can fit 2-3 cars as well as a garage that can fit 1 car. The property will be accessed through the smartlock on the front door. The codes to this lock will be sent on the morning of check-in.

Guests will enter the neighborhood with the gate code given on the day of check-in. Upon arriving to the house, guests will drive up the driveway towards the front of the house. Guests are welcome to enter through the garage or the front door, both codes will be given.
If entering through the front door, you will be greeted with the home's tall ceilings and open space. Garage, laundry, and a half bath are located to your right, as well as the thermostat that controls the downstairs temperature. Guests can continue straight to find the first primary bedroom with a king bed with Premium Milton mattress and attached full bathroom. Tons of closet space here! Outside of this bedroom is the living room, the office/den with a queen-size pullout and desk space, the dining room, kitchen, and access to the backyard which features a brand new pool and hot tub. Every Boutiq home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen.
Upstairs, guests will find three more bedrooms equipped with Premium Milton mattresses and the upstairs thermostat. The ensuite primary is located to the left upon ascending the staircase, and has a walk-in shower, bathtub, and two huge closets. Down the hall, guests will find the remaining two guest bedrooms. The first contains a twin-sized bunk as well as a full-size bunk, great for the kiddos or young adults. There is a large closet and private bathroom with a bathtub for this room. Across the way is the last ensuite bedroom with a king-sized bed and closet. The bathroom for this bedroom is private and equipped with a walk-in shower.
Outside, guests will find a newly constructed pool and hot tub.
Transit
This home is walking distance to the clubhouse and the beach, as well as a couple of local restaurants. We highly recommend a rental car, but Uber, Lyft, and other services are in the area.

All directions and instructions are included in our house manual sent upon booking. Please be sure to carefully read all of this information! The property is located within a gated community. Please note there is no street parking allowed, cars will be towed. Pool heating is available upon request for $50/day (2 day minimum) plus tax. House Rules
Violation of any house rules will result in a $1000 fine per infraction per day.
No smoking allowed inside the home.
Lock all doors and windows when not at the house.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
No pets allowed.
Minimum renter age is 25 and this individual must be present for the duration of the reservation.
When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
No candles or other open flame sources.
As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you consider removing your shoes to keep the home environment clean and comfortable.
Pool heating is available upon request for $50/day (2 day minimum) plus tax.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy indicated on the platform used for booking. If not otherwise stated by the booking platform, a cancellation received 60 or more days before the first night of the reservation will receive a refund and reservations canceled after 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation will not be refunded. Any refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue. Agent(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, pools, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Boutiq immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved within 60 days prior to check-in. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, government orders to prohibit travel to a location, homeowners association or other community association orders to prohibit travel to a location, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, hurricanes, fire, explosions, property damage, necessary repairs, insect or rodent infestation, amongst other events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
