This home offers privacy in the woods of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, while being just a short drive from everything you might need. The property is located just 47 minutes from De Queen J. Lynn Helms Airport and 42 minutes from McCurtain County Regional Airport.

Access

Guests will be sent a code to check into the property the morning of the reservation. The home will be accessed through a smart lock.

Space

Stillwater Creek by Boutiq is a stunning new construction 2-story cabin nestled in a forest near a creek. The home features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous wood paneling, and stained concrete floors.

The open floor plan boasts a grand living room and kitchen/dining area. You’ll love the high ceilings and a wall of windows allows an abundance of light and pristine forest views.

The three bedrooms include two primary suites each with a king-sized bed featuring a Premium Milton mattress, en suite bathroom, and a smart TV. The third room is a bunk room with four twin-sized beds ready to welcome your group.

There’s even a game room featuring two full-size Legends Ultimate arcade machines, lounge seating, and a TV.

You and your group will appreciate the attention to detail, including smart lock entry, high-quality full-size bath and body products, gourmet coffee for the drip coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare large meals in the upscale chef’s kitchen.

Think of the memories your group will make, whether gathered inside by the fireplace, or outdoors enjoying the hot tub, second fireplace, firepit, or al fresco dining!

Transit

Having a car is strongly recommended, as Ubers and Lift, while in the area, may not be the most reliable. We recommend a rental car from the nearest major city or a car rental app such as Turo.

Notes

Pets are welcome, subject to breed and size approval, for a fee of $150 for the first pet and $50 per additional pet plus tax (5 pets maximum).

House Rules

Pets are allowed upon approval and with the paying of a pet fee. The fee is $150 for the first pet and $50 for each pet after that.

No candles or other open-flame sources.

No smoking allowed inside the home.

Lock all doors and windows when not at the house.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Double check area burn ban guidelines before using outdoor fire pit. Do not use if burn ban in place.

Minimum renter age is 25 and this individual must be present for the duration of the reservation.

When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.

Violation of any house rules will result in a $1000 fine per infraction per day.

As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you consider removing your shoes to keep the home environment clean and comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy indicated on the platform used for booking. If not otherwise stated by the booking platform, a cancellation received 60 or more days before the first night of the reservation will receive a refund and reservations canceled after 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation will not be refunded. Any refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue. Agent(s) cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, pools, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Boutiq immediately. Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved within 60 days prior to check-in. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s) occupancy. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, government orders to prohibit travel to a location, homeowners association or other community association orders to prohibit travel to a location, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, hurricanes, fire, explosions, property damage, necessary repairs, insect or rodent infestation, amongst other events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
